LUDU stands for Link Up, Drink Up. It's a monthly happy hour that got tired of networking events taking themselves too seriously — so we started our own.

We don't care what industry you're in, what your title is, or whether your startup's Series A is "right around the corner." We care that you show up, grab a drink, and talk to a stranger who might just become your next collaborator, co-conspirator, or at minimum, a great story.

Is this actually not awkward? +
Hand on heart? Genuinely not awkward. We've done the work to make sure the vibe is warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The room fills up fast and conversation flows naturally. The awkward part is only in the first 30 seconds — and even then, everyone's in the same boat.
Do I need to be in a specific industry? +
Absolutely not. Industry agnostic means exactly that. We've had doctors, developers, designers, restaurateurs, real estate agents, teachers, and at least one person who refused to explain what they did for work but was somehow the most interesting person there. Diversity of backgrounds is the whole point.
What if I'm an introvert? +
We love an introvert here. Some of our most beloved regulars are card-carrying introverts who've told us LUDU is the only networking event they'll attend. Come early, grab a corner spot, let the energy build around you. You'll warm up. They always do.
How much does it cost? +
Your first round of judgment? Free. The event itself? Free to attend. Drinks are on you (it's a bar, not a charity), but the connections are priceless. Or at the very least, worth more than whatever cocktail you're holding.
Why monthly and not more often? +
Because absence makes the heart grow fonder, and great things shouldn't be taken for granted. Monthly keeps it special. It gives you something to look forward to. And honestly, it gives you time to actually follow up with the people you met last time.
